I find the proximity to new technology to be the most enjoyable part of my career. We are able to see new and emerging technologies be developed in real time and interact with them in ways that are set apart from other industries.

I enjoy the competitive atmosphere that our company fosters and how that drives us to strive towards becoming better Engineers.

Definitely, the new skills you learn and more theory.

You also get to see the learnt theory in action.

You start relating things from application/Software level, upto the minute Details of Hardware and how it gets done.

Engineering can be seem as a stepping stone to your next career and all the prospects of your future life.

I enjoy learning new technologies and finding ways to utilize those technologies to simplify complex tasks and developing solutions that add value to our customers. I enjoy working with a talented team, helping them grow so that they can achieve their career goals. Engineering can be a challenging and awarding career.

There are so many different opportunities within engineering that it allows you to choice an industry that interest you. You can advance your career by becoming a subject matter expert within a particular field or you can transition into a leadership or business focused role. For someone entering the engineering field, I would say that once you have your degree, there are many opportunities available and you can shape your career to meet your interest and personal needs.
