Shawnee’s Answer

I believe that all learners are greatly benefited by a teacher who approaches education with the spirit that all are capable of gaining knowledge and bring their own unique perspective to any discussion. A teacher should not only teach but continue learning. Incorporating learned concepts grows my knowledge and makes me a better teacher.
A classroom should be an open and inviting environment where a student will not only be lectured but then given the opportunity to share feedback openly.

Kumaresan’s Answer

Before we start explaining any stuff first need to learn the level of understanding of students. This can be evaluated by doing some brain stroming questions. which helps students think about the lesson and bring their attention.

Then we need to make sure always teaching would be two way conversations.
