If you are good in math, you will be good in the electrical field. Example. Volts x amps = watts. Using 120 for volts and 5 for the amperage that would equal 600. 120x5=600
On your free time you can search "ohms law".
If you aren't good in math, you can still be an electrician, it is just more challenging, but certainly not impossible.
