Lori’s Answer

Hi! Very important skill to have and practice in this field are patience, clear communication and empathy. You will be dealing with pet owners who may be very emotional, scared and questioning everything they should do to keep their pets well - or to save their lives. I have a close friend who is a vet and says everyday is rewarding because they help people care for their loved ones!
