I would suggest the book called "The Rollout" by Alex Yakyma. It is a novel about Leadership and Building a Lean-Agile Enterprise with SAFe. This is one one the industries standard workflow processes at this time that is being used.

If you want to learn Web technologies I would recommend You don't know JS yet series by Kyle Simpson which will give you a deep insight into Javascript and the working of the Web.
