If you don't have a lot of money you will get a subsidy through healthcare.gov. Depending on your income insurance can be as little as $100 per month. Another option is to go with crowd funded group insurance, A good one is one associated with a Christian group (you don't have to be Christian but they assume you are keeping with their values). A good one is Christian Healthcare Ministries: https://www.chministries.org
You need insurance or it can wipe you out financially.

Hello, Are you asking what will happen if you're ill or what will happen if you need insurance options? I can assist with answering. If you don't currently have insurance it's best to determine what your options may be. Are you able to be covered on under your parents policies? Do you qualify for government assistance for medical benefits? If not it's best to take a look and see what the most reasonable rates are for you to have coverage. It's best to have coverage and not need it versus not have it and need it.
You may be able to contact a local agent to discuss options as well.
