Lisa’s Answer

My passion lies in making a difference for my company! Contributing to efforts that help us grow and be profitable in an ethical manner. Once you are out of school, you'll typically work for 40 years before you can retire. Having a job that is meaningful to you helps that time fly by.

Jessica’s Answer

People skills, learning how to work as a team and an individual contributor, as well as strong communication skills are critical in most business roles. Many companies look for candidates with good problem-solving skills, a goal-oriented mindset, as well as logical critical thinking skills. Early on in your career, don't be afraid to speak up and ask questions.
