There are so many career opportunities available to you if you feel you are a compassionate person. You could express this skill through a career in customer support, teaching, medicine, care giver the list goes on.

Compassion is a critical skill in many occupations. As a social worker you need to have empathy, understanding, and compassion. You must be able to understand how situations impact people differently. What might be stressful for one person, is not stressful for others. When you are compassionate you can understand and accept without judgment that something might be stressful for others but not for you.
Some people are afraid of spiders and some are not. If you are not afraid of a spider you can be compassionate for others who are afraid.

Compassion is needed in nursing, medical fields, counseling, social work, teaching, just to name a few. This was a great question and I bet you are a compassionate and understanding person. Keep exploring the "helping" fields like mentioned above and good luck!!!
