Like Victoria said, it depends on what you mean by "business!" A small business owner is going to have a very different experience than say, a business consultant or an employee of a big business. One thing that is true in all kinds of work: you will always have ups and downs and you'll always come across challenges that you don't yet know how to solve. The nature of work, and why companies want to hire talented people, is that you always need to find new and creative ways of solving problems. That's a tough thing to do *well* so I guess to answer your question, yes, working in a business can be difficult. But those challenges also make it fun!

I have to agree with Alexandra! nothing is really as hard as anyone makes it out to be unless that person is you! Put your mind to it, get organized, keep focussed and honest with yourself and you can do anything.

I think it depends on what you do in business - you could be in corporate America or be working at a smaller local business. It then also depends on your role and the level you are at.
