I think for me it's two things. First, I'm naturally very empathetic and it can be really easy to slip into a position of justifying/excusing behavior and that taints the impartiality we need in forensic psychology. I've had to learn to validate experiences without validating behaviors. Second, depending on the work you're doing, you may be in a position to have to sift through what's factual or not. Some clients may have a vested reason to lie or mislead you. Being able to discern that is important and can be challenging.
