If you mean Physician Assistant, then what classes you should take is going to depend on which PA school you will be applying to. In general, you should take human anatomy, human physiology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, general biology, statistics, and genetics.
I would recommend taking a look at the application requirements for the schools you think you’d be interested in applying to see what courses they require. Each program is very unique.
