Hi Hailey,
I'm sure that there are many answers to this question, but for me, the scariest situation is finding a problem in the operating room that is not fixable. It can be devastating to lose control of the situation (or find out that due to the disease process you never had a chance of controlling it in the first place) and watch your patient die. Luckily, these situations are few and far between.
