Hi Suresh,
When starting a new job, it's often difficult to find the information you need to be successful. Companies sometimes have complex structures and their own language, with lots of acronyms and abbreviations. It can be quite confusing. I've learned that the best way to learn about a company, process, or project is to simply ask.
Sometimes people find it embarrassing to ask a question when it appears everyone knows the answer. Never feel bad about asking for clarification. If you don't know where to find information, ask. The people around you will be willing to help.
Similarly, if you are given a project, be sure outcomes and expectations are clear. Never be afraid to ask about a project objective, your role, or what success looks like.
