Being a nurse is very rewarding and flexible. As a mom of 3 and a wife I have been able to find work in different locations that suite my schedule needs. Even working part-time allows a good income and flexibility.

Hi Jawanda,
Becoming a registered nurse was the best decision I have ever made. This career allowed me to think critically every single day. I was able to help the sick and suffering in a meaningful way. Nursing also allowed me to learn something new every day. On top of the personal satisfaction, nursing provided me financial security and the ability to help my family.
So, nursing is hard work, this is true. But, the practice of nursing is highly challenging and fulfilling.
