Alexis’s Answer

I was a psychology major and I minored in sociology. There are things in common with the two, and I found criminology classes to be very interesting. Your minor won't have a great impact on your grad school options, so I would just pick something you think is very interesting and want to learn more about. Good luck!

Jane’s Answer

To become a clinical psychologist, you’ll be preparing for graduate school while you’re in undergrad. So, track your grades, set your schedule up well so that you’ll consistently be able to attend classes, sharp and ready to interact, and pay attention to grad school prerequisites. The minor you choose is your choice. It subject you choose won’t impact your grad school options necessarily, so go with something that truly interests you. If you study something you find compelling, your grades will reflect that and you’ll likely find new places where you major and minor might intersect. Good luck with your studies!
