The following only applies the United States.

Getting an offer from a U.S. company would be challenging because employers are not familiar with credentials from other countries, plus the visa hurdle. You will need H1B visa to start working.

A common path is to complete a degree from U.S., which comes with temporary work authorization. You can then get employed and apply for H1B for longer term employment.

Yes, in the middle east you can apply for jobs. In USA, Europe and Australian markets, it is difficult to apply as a fresh graduate or even with experience as these countries require work visa and their requirements are tough (IELTS etc). It is best to get 1 or 2 years of local experience and then apply in middle east, from there you can apply for a visa in better western countries.
