Andy’s Answer

He can consider to set up his own business but it will be capital intensive at the beginning and he also needs to bear the risk for the daily business operations.

He can also consider to form partnership with the people having similar or different skillset to share the risk and contribute to the partnership.

Bashar’s Answer

I've always believe that handy jobs people should have their own business established!
its a great way to be recognised when you are great at what you do and there will be no one to take
the fruit of your hard work!

and you can always start your own shop! but at first i always advise to take some experience in corporations and then
take the bigger step!
