Rachel’s Answer

Many OB Gyn's go right through college into medical school and then into residency. It's not uncommon for training OB Gyn's to have never had a "real job." Medical training can be so lengthy that many residents are life-long students.

Estelle’s Answer

I am a gynecologist, and medicine with my first big job. The first job of a lot of doctors his medicine. That doesn’t mean that certain people don’t have jobs or careers for medical school. I have one friend who is an engineer and another friend who is an actor. OB/GYN is a great field, and I wish you the best!
