A weakness is something that leads you to not perform as well as you could in a particular task, for example; you may not be able to manage your time very well which may lead to late homework/ projects. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and there is nothing wrong with having a weakness the key is to recognise it. If you willing to listen to people and accept feedback and advice they give you it will be easier to understand your own weaknesses and ensure that they don't hold you back.
