The one thing that makes you love your job is freedom. You must have a free hand to do whatever changes or innovation you want to bring up in your role. you must have a say in anything that concerns your career. The management must be supportive and friendly . You must be able to grow in your career and of course the monetary benefits must be good enough for the hard work you do...so yes that's what will make you love your job.
