The best place to work in is where you start loving the job what your doing.
Every time you wake in the morning you should feel that you are going to the office not just to earn but you are also enjoying what your doing.
Make sure you always following your passion and build a career in what you love. This would be first step where you start loving the job.
The second step would be the environment within the company.
Not everyone will like their. It is common phase in the life where you eventually get your dream job.

Hi Brian,
This is a great question that I think many people try to figure out for their entire careers. The best place to work for me may not be the best place to work for you either. And the best place to work for you in 10 years may not be the best place for you to work today. That being said, my personal opinion is that the best place to work is where there is the best work culture. That means working with people that share a positive outlook on life and their jobs, they choose not to complain all the time, they enjoy doing activities outside of work, and they are compassionate to each other. If you work with kind, selfless people then any job will instantly become invaluable.
This is why networking is so important. Get to know some people that are doing what you want to do and listen to what they have to say about the work culture and their coworkers. If it sounds like a good work environment with good people, then leverage that relationship to get your resume in the door.
Hope this helps!
