Nivetha’s Answer
As a rehabilitation technician you have to provide support to doctors and therapists and aide patients over the course of their therapy process. You help patients with their exercises and sometimes conduct massages and other methods on patients under direct supervision of therapists. Apart from helping patients you might also need to do clerical works like paperwork, appointment booking, arranging transport, taking care of medical facilities, etc., To qualify as rehab technician you need a diploma from high school. If these things interests you and you are ready to learn things on the go, this job might suit you.

Once I completed my research and selected the best Vendor for our needs, the biggest lift was making sure to communicate the change to colleagues as far in advance as possible, and to remain available to respond to any questions or confusion. This was particularly difficult since employees at my current organization are highly averse to new trends.
I believe that my commitment to being available for questions put my colleagues at ease and made the process much easier."
