Luis’s Answer

let me start by saying that Robotics typically is an advance degree ... something that you study as an specialization after you have done an Engineering degree. There are several engineering disciplines that could work for an advance degree in robotics, for example Mechanical Engineering if you are interested in designing the mechanisms that are integral parts of robots, but also you can be interested in working on the control part of the robot and for that working in a Digital Engineering or Control , might be a good foundation for selecting a degree in robotics ....

I agree with Luis' answer about robotics being an advanced degree. I myself majored in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to Mechanical, you may want to consider Electrical Engineering. I would also recommend that you look at programs to provide courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Lastly, if you haven't already, I would suggest you join your school robotics club, or attend a robotics summer camp. I'm sure that the faculty advisors or summer camp counselors could provide you more information on how what education you need to enter the field. Good Luck!
