You should be:
1)Indian Citizen
2)between 21-30 years old (exceptions available for SC / ST / OBC)
3)bachelors degree from recognized university
4)Physically and mentally fit

Exams:
Step-I Preliminary Exam
Step-II Mains Exam
Step-III Interview
