Hi Jesus - to add to what Xiong said, below are a few links for a local El Paso school that teach welding (I'm not endorsing these schools, just found them through google). I did a quick google search and it appears that there are a few different schools in your area. Best of luck in your personal and professional endeavors!

Google welding schools in your local area
Ask welders how they got into the trade
Ask welders what advice they would give to an aspiring welder

I am not a welder, but this is a skill that I have always wanted. It is VERY useful. I encourage you to pursue this. I would also encourage you to study a bit of geometry and math. And then of course SpaceX needs welders for constructing Starships, ground support facilities, launch towers, drone landing ships, and converting oil drilling rigs to rocket launch facilities. And, in your spare time, you can even use your skill for artistic expression.

A couple ways to be a welder:
1) You can find small construction company or building contractor who does welding work. They may be willing to train and pay for your welding certification.
2) Find a welding apprenticeship job where a company will hire you on a contract period of time to be trained and certified.
3) Find a welding class, course, or program through a local community college or technical college.
4) Take welding classes online through the www.AWS.org
