A day as a New Realtor looks like this for me often:
Call 10 people in my sphere of influence (People you know, work with, go to school with etc.)
Add 10 New people to my contact database (People you may or may not know that are ok with you adding them to your database for follow ups)
Send 10 hand written notes
Preview 10 homes
Market on at least 2 social media outlets
If I have a buyer or seller, then add whatever tasks you need to complete to help them either buy or sell their home.
Hope this helps :)

Being a Realtor allows you to work very flexible hours, however, if you want to be successful, you also have to be available for your clients, both Buyers of homes and Sellers of homes. that accommodate their schedules.
Most Buyers have the most time to look at homes on the weekend so expect to work some weekends. Also, you will find that the real estate in your market may be seasonal and busier at certain times of the year. This will allow for you to set time aside to take off when you are less busy.
