Bernard J.’s Answer

You can get started learning about criminal justice at most community colleges. Start with something like "Introduction to Criminal Justice" or "Introduction to Administration of Justice." Also, you might find a basic Criminal Law course to be interesting. After taking a couple of courses (and earning 6 units, which will probably be transferable), you will have an idea if the career is for you and you can decide from there.

Bernard J. recommends the following next steps:

Take an "Introduction to Criminal Justice" course at your local community college.

GABRIEL’s Answer

Hi- regardless of your specific interest, you should obtain a four year college degree. It is the foundation for many opportunities to come and will pay off in the long run. Good luck.
