Some tips:
Be prepared - know the role you're applying for and the background of the company to which you're applying...meaning, what industry are they in, who are their competitors, what are the core challenges they face, and how can you help them solve their problems?
Be confident in describing your skills and capabilities - this is your opportunity to sell yourself and why you're the best one for the role...don't miss out on that opportunity!
Be engaging - smile, make eye contact, listen well, and think before you respond to questions so your responses are clear, concise and thoughtful.
Ask great questions - not only are they interviewing you, but you also need to determine whether the role (and the company) are a good fit for you...be prepared with a set of questions for the interviewer that, if they don't answer during the interview, you can ask at the end.
Always say thank you - not only after the interview, but be sure to send a follow-up note to those that interviewed you...thank them for their time (in a personalized way) and assure them that if selected for the role, you won't let them down.

The most important thing in an interview is how confident you are. Be calm while answering questions and take a moment to think about your answer.
Remember that nobody is perfect and its okay if you are new to the role and not aware of the technology. Interviewer will be more intrested in your passion and capability to learn.
Focus on your strengths and share examples from your past experience where you actrually used those strengths to tackle a difficult situation.
Maintain eye contact and friendly tone throughout the interview and thank interviewer for tehir time after the interview.
