Underwater welding, but it tends to pay the best as well.

Your question got me curious as to what the answer was. I went to google and tried to find an answer. According to https://workshopwelding.com, the hardest job is TIG. Using the TIG method you would have to use both your hands and feet to manage the heat and gas levels. This blog has a wealth of knowlege that you may find helpful.
