There are many courses to become a banking professional provided by NIIT, IFBI, INDIAN INSTITUTE OF BANKING & FINANCE etc. Also there are banking exams by SBI and IDBI for direct recruitment, which are published in news papers.

To become a bank manager, get a college degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. An MBA in finance or accounting may also be required. Look for a job working as a loan officer for a bank or in accounting, which will help you get the experience you need to become a bank manager

There are many different division in a bank, e.g. Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Bank, etc. On the other hand, there are many different departments in a Bank, e.g. Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, etc.
A Bank requires wide range skills and knowledge. You can explore more online or discuss with someone from banking industry.
However, if you are interested to develop your career in Banking, you can start with some subjects like Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, etc.
