What colleges have an exceptional dance program?

Thanks for the question. Just a few months ago College Magazine released a "Top Ten" list of best colleges to study dancing. You can find the list here:

Just remember that the "best ranked" may not be the "best fit" for you. Rankings have their place, but it's always more important to select a school based on a variety of factors that are important to you whether it's how big the school is, clubs/activities on campus, the location of the campus, availability of financial aid, and so on.
