I am not exactly sure Dell would call it that, however there are divisions in lots of companies that do cyber security research. Here at Symantec we have Cyber Security specialists that look into malware and threats to analyze behavior as well as how they can be re mediated. And finally at Symantec we have a chance to participate in CyberWar Games, an internal week long challenge where we have the opportunity to play the bad guy and try and break into systems as part of a capture the flag game.

If Dell is your company of choice, please check their open positions in your preferred location for roles such as Security Analyst, Security Consultant, Security Researcher, and others mentioned by Matt and Jeffrey above to understand the main requirements for this type of job. Make sure to create a resume and a LinkedIn profile targeted for those positions.
Just keep in mind that getting a job like that requires special skills in computer programming, networking, and operating systems. You could also look for internships or co-ops to start. Positions that deal with Information Security are usually not labelled as "hackers" due to the common misconception that the general public treats hackers as criminals. So try to be more specific on the search and also look for people who currently work at Dell who can provide you with a referral. Good luck!
