Mitchell’s Answer

The military responders assume you meant "escort". Your description says you actually meant esports. Weirdly, I played pro SMITE before I enlisted, so I'm strangely qualified to answer. Study your game of choice on an encyclopedic level, learn all the damages and ranges, DPS, items and patch notes. Making instructional YouTube content is a good way to gain respect in your community. Keep it professional. Streaming is a great way to get found, but only if you're playing at a high level in ranked. Best bet is networking once you gain a following on twitter, twitch, and YouTube. But don't be spam. Be smart and professional and obsurdly knowledgeable about your game of choice, and people will hear about you. But I can't stress enough how important it is to remain professional. Trolls and clickbaiters don't get hired.

Also, you have to be mechanically insane, but that's a given. I'm not sure if this was a troll post or not, but it's a fun experiment to see how far you can go, even if you never make a dime. GLHF.

Donna’s Answer

Not sure what kind of escort you are referring to! but assuming a military escort. I am not sure of the complete set of requirements, but my understanding is after you are in military or are a veteran, you can become an escort. You should check with a recruiter to see what is really required. I would think a lot of honor escorting military men and women home. Or even being a special escort for foreign visitors or others in high places.

Dennis’s Answer

In active duty military, you are issued orders to escort. If you choose to join the military, once you complete basic training and your specialty school, upon getting to your permanent duty station, check with the career planner. I would suggest to get comfortable with your original specialty then look to take on additional responsibilities
