Working and experience is the best way to gain skills. If you have time on your hands and you need a job, reach out to services like, Kelly Services. They are a global leader in workforce management solutions offering staffing services to top companies across a variety of industries. They help companies fill positions, and you can tell them what you are looking to do (office work, data entry, etc.), and they can help place you. This is also a great way to get your foot in the door to any company. If they like you, they may decide to hire you full time! Good Luck!

Hi Elian,
The question you asked is not very specific but I will do my best to answer it.
Being able to acknowledge your strength and weaknesses is a good start. If you only work to improve the things you're good at, you will always get the same results. Trying to not only improve your strengths but also your weaknesses, will allow you to expose yourself to experiences you may not have ever considered.
I hope this helps.

Hi Elian! I recommend first digging deep to understand what professional skills you want to hone -- which ones are most exciting to you and what types of projects gives you joy. I highly recommend the book 'What Color is Your Parachute' (http://www.parachutebook.com/) to give you frameworks and exercises to help to identify these professional skills. Once you have narrowed down these specific skills, then you can identify specific internships or self-projects that you can work on!
