Hi Gabrielle -- something I've found helpful is if you volunteer with a non-profit organization that aligns with your passions and future vision. Usually you develop a strong relationship with the program coordinator and other at the NPO which opens up more opportunities for you. :)

Hi Gabrielle,
Good question! I've listed two websites below that might be helpful. The first one has a way to search for jobs in the non-profit sector, but both are informative in terms of what types of non-profits there are so you can target your interests. Best of luck, Dr. B

Hi Gabrielle,
Great question. In addition to other helpful sites already shared here, I'll add https://greatnonprofits.org/
This site is what I feel is sort of a "Yelp" for non-profit organizations. Individuals who serve, support or promote these organizations can post recommendations and stories about their experiences.
In addition, look for local groups that may meet monthly in your area, for non-profits and volunteers to connect people to more opportunities and informational sessions.
Best wishes for success in your educational and career goals!

Look for local organizations or groups that meet regularly and promote non-profits in your area.
Seek out a mentor in a career or at a non-profit organization that interest you and see if you can set-up an informational interview or job shadow day.
Another site recommendation is http://volunteermatch.org
