Hi Maya,
Although graduating with a double major is definitely achievable, it will take more work and an lot more planning on your part. I think the first step would be to sit down with a guidance counselor and discuss your career plans. Marine Science and Biology are very similar majors. Depending on your career choice, it may or may not be beneficial to put in the extra work to get two similar science degrees. On the other hand, with choosing two very similar degrees, a lot of the requirements will probably overlap and count toward both. Depending on your career choice, you may find that you could satisfy job requirements by getting a degree in Biology and a minor in Marine Science, or just taking your electives in Marine Science. Your counselor will be able to discuss your school's policies with you and help guide you on your way.
As a Biology major myself, I found that I took a great deal of courses that overlapped with other science students. Science majors can be time consuming and require a wide variety of classes including Microbiology, Chemistry/Organic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, and more as well as labs that accompany each class. In order to not overwhelm yourself with too much of a work-load, create a plan with your counselor and talk with individuals who are currently in the field you are pursuing. They will be able to give you insight into the requirements and help provide you with valuable information to help you make your decision.
Best wishes to you on your journey!

It is as easy as going to the university adviser and discussing it with him/her. Afterwards, you are going to take extra classes which going to elongate your time at school. How many extra classes is a question I can't answer. Lastly, the sooner you do it the better.
