Degrees in the biosciences are not typically prepartation for directly entering the job market, but more used as preparation for further schooling as most better jobs in these areas require advanced degrees beyond the bachelor of science. They do not specifically prepare you for specific jobs, ( unlike other more specific 4 year degrees, such as accounting or nursing for example ) Individuals with only 4 year biologic science degrees however who want to work in an area connected to the degree sometimes find positions as pharmaceutical or medical device sales representatives, ( although you will compete also with those who have business or other kinds of backgrounds). Also possible are positions working as lab technicians in universities, drug or device companies.
These kinds of degrees however are excellent preparation for graduate or professional school, ( for example those who go on to further graduate school study in bioscience, and earn a PHD or enter medical and dental school to become physicians or dentists for example) . There are many different kinds of jobs for PHDs, but for the most part involve becoming a scientist trying to understand biological problems to help cure disease, protect the environment, grow crops better etc. Of course I am sure you are familiar with the work of doctors and dentists etc.. Biochemistry and Genetics are excellent preparation for entry into medical and dental school.
