Michelle’s Answer

If you can, visit the college you're interested in and see if you can do an overnight visit before you commit to living on or off campus. That will help you see whether you might be comfortable.

Peter’s Answer

Stay on campus for the first year or two to get better integrated and involved and then you probably will want to move out in the final years once you have found a good set of friends that you can share off campus accommodation with.

Margaret’s Answer

Living on campus really helps to give you the true college experience. I lived in the dorms my freshman year and it really helped me make friends because we were all in the same boat.

There are always plenty of activities thrown by the dorms where you can meet even more people and there are even tutoring centers in most dorms to get that extra bit of help if needed.
