What sports require physical trainers?

I'm interested in physical therapy. #physical-trainer #physical-fitness #athletics #career #career-counseling #college

Thank you comment icon Hey D'Andrea! Great question! I'm no physical therapy expert but upon doing research, it become apparent that virtually all sports require physical trainers since all sports pose high risks to injuries. Some popular examples are American Football, Soccer, Baseball , Basketball, Hockey, and many more. This is great news for you because it means going into physical therapy would be a very stable career choice. Hope this helped and I wish you the best in your physical therapy endeavors! Mireia

Any sport or physical activity that requires endurance, strength, speed and agility requires physical training. The level and requirement may vary, hence a physical trainer can be vital for most of the sporting activities( professional or non -professional), general fitness and entertainment industry too. In general, most personal trainers develop exercise plans for aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and/or flexibility training. The profession is generally not restricted by venue, and personal trainers may work in fitness facilities, in their personal homes, in client homes, over live video (also called "virtual personal trainers"), or outdoors. Almost all exercise professionals work in physical fitness facilities, health clubs, and fitness centers located in the amusement and recreation industry or in civic and social organizations
