4 years Bachelor is Science plus 4 years medical school and 3-4 years residency training.

You must be a registered nurse (RN) before becoming a pediatrician. After you have done so it takes about 2 years of education and on the job training to become a pediatric nurse.

Typically you have 4 yr of undergraduate college, 4 years of Medical school, 3 years of Residency training to be a pediatrician and If you want to subspecialize in Particular area of Pediatrics then you have 3 more years of fellowship.
