Bailey’s Answer

Hi Naupaka,
Working in International Tax Services, we are highly encouraged to obtain either our Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA) or a law degree as we deal a lot with tax law.

Alexandra’s Answer

As a Program Manager at Google, you are not required to have any training or certificates. Relevant experience, knowledge of the role and industry, and interest/passion are good enough!

suwah’s Answer

Hi Naupaka,
I work within Human Resources in a specialist role called Organizational Development. Typically to do this kind of work, it is necessary to have many years of experience, and an equivalent degree. This is important because we have to take in many different factors from all over the organization to help senior leaders determine what choices will be in the best interest of their business. The degree provides an understanding of the theory behind the work.

Hope this helps!
