Hi Alaysha! So awesome that this is a career path you are interested in pursuing. You will need to attend an undergraduate program and major in something related to medicine and science (for example, Biology or a pre med major). You will then have to apply for doctoral programs for this specialty and go through that specialized training. After that, you will sit for your exam to become certified! Hi, it is a good career for someone who wants to help people. However, the process is lengthy. First you need to earn a high school diploma. Then go to college and earn an undergraduate degree. Next you earn your doctorate and once that is done you can obtain a license. Once you have that you are ready to establish your practice. Hope this is helpful. Good luck.

Most states will have specific school just for chiropractic education. You don't need to attend a traditional 4 year college if you are attending just a chiropractic college. You can earn a doctorate there. That's typically done in 3-4 years. I knew someone who attending the Texas Chiropractic College and he didn't need to attend any other school. http://www.txchiro.edu/
