The requirement classes for engineering are depending on the major. Here are a few examples of the classes that they might require you to take for computer engineering major:

Introductory classes requirements: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Intro to computing in Engineering, programing languages like Java or C#.

This is the link from UT for their degree flow plan and 4 year plan of courses required for Electrical Engineering. Your basic courses typically include Math (Calculus), Science (Physics), Engineering, Computer Programming.
