How do you get involved in acting

Education, hard work.

The best way is to take your schools theatre class and do school plays. You can also check out local acting classes -- anywhere from free acting classes at the Y, community centers [I spent years taking theatre at The Jewish Community Center], or The Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

I am not Jewish. Most community centers welcome all people.

And auditioning, volunteering and being part of Community Theatre, Student Films.
