For starters, you would set the parameters of your search to "part time" as you seek employment opportunities with different companies. If you are working with a recruiting or job placement service then you should certainly make them aware that you are seeking part time employment and not full time. Part time work is becoming more and more popular in the US ,especially in the Retail sector.

I would recommend you check out job sites like Indeed.com and careerbuilding.com. These sites allow you to search for a large variety of job openings within your living area. You can also choose whether you are looking a full or part time job so you are not wasting your time sifting through full time positions when you are only looking for part time jobs. Once you found something you are interested in you can click Apply and it may re direct to the company's page where you will fill out an application.
You can also do it the old school way and go to the place in person and ask if they are hiring. That is another way of doing it and sometimes the manager will hand you an application right then and there.

Hi Salman,
Some of the basic principles for a part time job or full time job can be similar:
-- Look for a job where your talents intersect with your passions.
-- Always be building relationships and making connections with as many people as possible. When possible, have someone with a connection to the company where you want to apply recommend you; or at least be a reference on your resume. This person is only going to help you get the interview; from there it is up to you to sell yourself to the interviewer and company.
-- Take pride in your work and always do the absolute best job you can. Several companies are used to mediocrity from employees, so when an employee exceeds expectations they are rewarded. Not only will you gain raises and promotions, but future career advancement opportunities may present themselves that you weren't even looking for because you impressed the right person at the right time.
-- Especially for a part time job for a student; don't be afraid to start your own business. Running your own business may give you more flexibility and make more money than a typical student job; a few examples are lawn mowing, leaf raking, dog walking, babysitting, car washing, etc.

Part Time work is also a good way to start with a Company on your flexible schedule and eventually you may even leverage your time there into Full Time with the same Company or a New one.
If you have a recruiting Business helping you out definitely make sure they filter it to Part Time opportunities, also leverage the Part Time Opportunities that maybe posted on Social Media platforms in your Area.
Good Luck!

Look for places that need help. Not necessarily those with giant "HELP WANTED" signs, but smaller areas that may be run by 1 or 2 people.
Ask if you can help them with something.
"Technology" is pretty broad, so I'll lean on my own experience. I volunteered with the Red Cross for 2 years in High School. I did help desk work for recreation centers. The pay was a little different than a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.

Ask your family, neighbors, and friends if they know of anyone who needs help and work for whoever is willing to give you a chance, you have to start somewhere. You can be pickier after you get some experience and you will learn more about what you enjoy and what you are good at!
