There is no formal schooling for this position. Just make sure your application is flawless with no mistakes. Your interview should be done with a polished look, enthusiasm, professionalism and always a smile. Don't say you are a people person. Let the interview team know you will be a great crew member. Things they need from a great crew member: punctuality, willingness to go above and beyond, ability to endure very long days, holidays spent away from your family and friends, flexibility, good health. It is a great life. There are many blogs, read every one you can that is about the airline you want to fly as a crew member.

I worked for an company that was desperate to hire ,
The management is reallly poor but a great way to get in to the industry and after 6 month move on ... their is no way to to grow in this company , they will promise you allot but then it’s just talk , low pay but like a said a great opportunity to start growing a net work....
