Hello Afolabi, it is a great choice!
There are plenty of Coaching Academies to choose from with online classes o on campus attendance, with international certification if you are interested. most of them have some basic pre requisites such as being 19 or 21 years old+, have High school degree or equivalent ; You can obtain information in the web site of different Academies and after choosing the programme you like the most, you can review their particular requisites to join. you can go into the web site and try to find a contact name/ number you can speak directly with, and from the admin staff they will be able to help you. however, if you are living abroad, you have to take into consideration that if the Academy does not have online classes you will need traveling arrangements alongside with documents (such as passport, etc).

Hi Afolabi,
The Coaching Academy UK has a very good reviews. I would suggest to access their website as they offer many options. You might be also interested in their free events , just keep on eye when the offer is out ( they have done it in the past). I believe last time the Academy organised 2 days training event in the past and it was free. But they can also organise Webinars for everyone who is interested. It would give you a little taster of what is coaching about and also what type of coaching would you be interested in , if this is for you and/or which direction would you want to tackle your interest in coaching. The Academy also offers lots of online coaching certificates , so if you for example wants to keep working part time, this can be a reasonable choice for you. You check this link https://www.the-coaching-academy.com/coaching-course/free-coach-training.asp.
The best way around this is to do research and get as much information as you can. I would call Academy directly if you have any doubts or if you need additional help.
This is what I can offer based on your limited information. Perhaps if you elaborate on your question we can get to bottom of it ? Hope this helps.
Good luck

Happy to provide information. But need to know what type of coaching you are interested in. If it is life coaching start by checking out the International Coaching Federation website https://coachfederation.org/. You will be able to search programs in the UK, select a program, and learn the requirement.
If you would like to discuss more about selecting coaching as a career OR you are looking into a different type of coaching. Please let me know and I will be happy to continue our conversation.

Hi Afolabi! I don't have any experience with Coaching Academies in the UK but usually any academy has a list of what they are looking for in a candidate. I would suggest looking at their requirements and seeing how you can meet those requirements.
This website works better when you include more details in your question. I would include the specific Academy that you're in interested in and maybe provide more info on your background. For example, if you're in high school or working.
I hope you get more answers!
