Health research is an interesting and ever changing field. I work with several health research organizations and many offer intern and fellowship programs. You should definitely talk to people working in the field. Below are a few more links to get you started. Good luck!

It is very interesting, I highly recommend it! There are tons of studies that I want to pursue and besides that, that is where the money is, but it has to be your passion!
