I want to Know how i learn well IAAS (COLLECTER) IN9th standard onwards????

Aspiring for IAS is Great and appreciate your dream towards it. You can study your studies well especially your social sciences and You can also start developing your Critical thinking and Problem solving Skills by working out some puzzles and quizzes. Read Standard Newspaper (Hindu, Times Now etc. ) and develop your General Knowledge on various things. These are the things you can do at this stage and while you enter into the College you can take the subject of your interest and consider the same (or allied subject) as the Optional Subject in the UPSC examination and concentrate well towards it.
The Examination for IAS (Conducted by UPSC) has Prelims and Mains.
