Hi Adam! It took me 5 years to get through college with a BA in Psychology, My roommate went to law school after 3 years of college and was awarded a BA in Business Administration when he completed law school. Depends on your major, how focused you are and not changing your major more then twice. Most people graduate in 4-5 years. People like President Obama graduated from Brown University in 3 years. Guess it will take you as long as it takes. :-)

The length of time to get through college depends on a number of factors including what type of degree you hope to attain, whether you attend full or part time as well as the number of credits you take each semester. Associate degrees are two-year undergraduate degrees awarded by community colleges, vocational schools, and small number of four-year colleges and universities. These are ideal for students who want to prepare for entry-level career positions in as timely a fashion as possible. The most common degree, a bachelor's degree, is a four-year program offered at most colleges and universities that traditionally includes general education, core courses and elective courses. Some of the most common bachelors degrees are in finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, business administration and marketing. Lastly, graduate degrees are an advanced degree that focuses on a specific academic field of study or professional discipline such as law, medicine or business. You will typically be required to earn a bachelor's degree in a related field of study before moving on to a graduate program, which can take anywhere from two to six years to complete depending on the field of study.

I would like to major in Criminal Justice. With everything that is going on in 2016, I would like to make a difference in at least one person life and letting them know that not everyone out in the world are "bad people".
